Thanks for the links. You could be right in saying the MS are assuming people know about their Y2K compliancy, but at this stage I'd still refer the customer to MS themselves to check on a particular scenario. If someone wanted me to commit myself to paper that a solution I'd sold using MS products was compliant, I wouldn't do it, I wouldn't want the legal exposure - just too many variables based on the available information. Leave it to MS and if they won't do it, well, maybe I'd be justified in my concerns.

Just as we're discussing the MS/Y2K issue, this appears

pointing out frustrations held by others. Looks like they're getting their act together - albeit slightly late. I'll be checking their web site....
