I have been invested in VMRX for a while now and I thought I understood the business plan and corp structure. The key is, I thought I knew. Could someone explain the structure of VMRX and it's partners/subsidiaries and how VMRX benefits from those partnerships. I've watched the other companies VMRX has ties to and can't see a correlation between the stock prices of the partners and VMRX. Is VMRX nothing more than a "holding" company. confused as usual, MG
