After some serious thoughts I've decided to stick with FORMF. One reason is after favorable article in todays financial post and this months Canadian Business, I believe this company is just scratching the surface. As Kelly states, most firms don't realize the high cost of paperwork because its not a singular itemized expense but rather lumped with admin. costs. Once more managers realize savings, this could create a mass migration to formless solutions. Also, the TSE listing will be a boon because Canadian funds are chomping at the bit to get into this company. After further DD I have revised a 12 month price target of $35. with current growth rates. Also I like the idea that the software works with all operating systems and email software and they have befriended all the majors(MS,Sun,Oracle etc.), becoming the 'Switzerland' of the software world. I believe this is a competitive advantage and the momentum will propel this company into a real formidable player.Any thoughts?
