Joe, this is my first visit to your cafe. Nice place, I'll have to make it a regular stop.

We've only crossed paths once before when we exchanged a couple of e-mails concerning FAMH. I believe that in that case your DD was very insightful and I'm in full agreement that FAMH has plenty of problems.

On the subject of NTAH I agree that not enough is known about their funding sources, but nonetheless, I have taken a position. This is the first time I've bought an oil and gas company. I never would have done so had it not been for all the DD done by Lucky43 and Stockjock-e at CyberWhispers (and editors of the GMT Newsletter). Lucky43 in particular has staked his reputation on NTAH being one of his best calls ever.

I am most impressed with the officers of the company. If their biographies are to be trusted, they have had long and distinguished careers which have left them well connected in North America and Europe. Some of them have financial backgrounds and some of them have oil and gas backgrounds. Also, the company is being promoted by Canyon Financial. NTAH is Canyon's one and only account and Canyon owns a stake in the company, so they are seriously committed to promoting this one.

In addition to the "GMT Newsletter," "Global Penny Stocks," and "RSA Situations & Speculations" have also picked NTAH as a likely winner. (If you read the NTAH thread, there is a good link to Global Penny Stocks that provides a thorough overview of the company. And don't worry, it's a short thread.)

I sold FAMH because I distrusted the president of the company. (I could never get a straight answer from their IR guy as to the name of the president's former company which he supposedly founded and sold, and of course he inflated 3rd quarter earnings by 100%.)

And for the opposite reason, I bought NTAH because management looks very strong. I realize this is a simplistic approach, but when it comes to me and penny stocks it's more about trusting management than analyzing numbers. (There's too much aggressive accounting on penny stocks.)

I know you have quite a following and I heard one guy say that your gut reaction is usually reliable. With that in mind, I'll watch my investment very carefully, but I hope you're wrong, and think you might want to reread the biography section of the investor packet. It's very impressive.

That would be some trick Mexy. NTAH has not been .25 for over 1 year.
