Glenn, I guess Ms. Buyer really does her homework!? "Shopping agents" are no threat because that's just Cendant and they charge a membership fee? She obviously has explored all the book related sites on the Web. Reading this thread would teach her nothing because we didn't even know what shopping agents were until she explained it to us. She's the expert and surely deserves her seven figure income. R.D. I really hope she does not make a seven digit income although that is not the issue. She apparently has not tried book.com amongst others. Oh well, I suppose I am tired and frustrated. Glenn
