Writer James Dines, in his book "Mass Psychology", says the stock market itself is a "mass encepholograph" that measures crowd's reactions to external events (p. 3). I'd get a kick out of seeing an encephologram of this thread! No doubt, brain waves from this thread would be "off-the-chart". <g>
