Ryan, this is without a doubt, a "possible" outcome. I do not know that that is what is planned of this particular deal, but it has that potential. The flip side of that is that the company will wind up with additional exposure and equity in a US exchange based company regardless.

Salut,
Leigh McBain

Ryan, An Australian came to America and bought a piece of a movie studio and turned it into a national network, and then he bought a National League Baseball team....then yes...it's possible for a small
Canadian company based in Texas to become the second largest company in its sector and find itself on an American Exchange.
By the way, it used to be illegal for a foreigner to own any small or large piece of a broadcasting network.

Welcome to the New World Order.

At least he didn't buy the Cowboys.(Thank you, Jerry Jones?)

I also agree that this is very possible. I am currently invested in another company that is using a similar means to gain a NASDAQ listing. ;>)

Hi, Ryan. I suggest that you talk to Roger Fullerton at 612-929-7243 and get the details directly from him. He's WRN's IR rep. I have found him open and helpful.

My understanding is that getting International Rigs listed on Nasdaq Small Cap by summer is the desired outcome, but I'm sure the exact nature of things will be determined as the deal gets structured over the next several weeks.

I hope this helps.

Steve
