The Boyz have been wondering how a low stock price could be benefiting the COMPANY and its officers.
Perhaps even though the low price .05 approx. may seem to diminish the COMPANY's market cap ... This low price also serves to present the COMPANY and its officers and its potential lending institutions with a fantastic opportunity to accumulate shares .
If time is all we need then perhaps when all the Big Shots are done accumulating their shares then, and only then, we will finally Fly to the Sky.
OUR DAY WILL COME...Ruby and the Romantics.

What holds for MDIN also holds for NPEC.

As of 2/6/98, DGIV stated: "Digitcom currently has approximately 16 million shares issued with 5 million of the total being traded by the public." So it looks like a 5 million share float. Some shorts no doubt had helped to drive the price down (see chart at:

cbs.marketwatch.com

but, once the company's success became apparent, those same shorts are now driving the price of the stock up.
