Charles, good point, but.......

>>>. I prefer the higher salaries over giving them a bunch of shares and them dumping them onto the market.<<<

Isn't this six of one or 1/2 dozen of the other? I see your point, but to pay high salaries the company has to issue shares in the first place to come up with the cash, resulting in the same dilutive effect. If the company has a cash flow, no problem. It might be better to compensate with options/shares and save the much-needed cash for exploration/developement purposes where the shareholders will reap the benefits of the financings and not the select few. Just a few rambling thoughts.

like it or not.IPM leads the pack in visibility..this didnt happen
by chance..one can come here and bring up every tiny canadian company they want to and show their salaries...but show me what THEY have done
in this industry that emcompasses the desert dirts..and like it or not..one really good chunk of news from IPM and it will appreciate
in price markedly..one piece of news from someone like claudes examples and the market will go ho hum..this company inspires emotion..why else would some still be here gnashing their teeth over
it even tho they dont own it..why would someone in a related business
still think it necessary to come here and bash the company..just the
mere presence of these people prove that IPM is not ordinary..one can
aruge if its inordinary in its rip off..or its resilliance to all the
obstacles..yet still unique..i think i will start to worry when
the *VICTIMS* dissapear..afterall..ipm's demise would be their glory..
that its still here..and probably will rise again will be its only
revenge..
