<<If MSFT doesn't usurp their technology, then RNWK is probably going to be a homerun.>>

I think that this is a key issue. Fortunately, I also think that there is not much of a chance that MSFT can compete with RNWK because they are too far behind. The only way they'll have a chance in the near future is if companies choose to go with NetShow just because it's produced by MSFT. I'll bet that the smart ones will chose quality, better technology and a nicer user interface over a MS product. I think that Glaser made a mistake letting MSFT get the initial code, but it gave RNWK some much need cash (at the time) and they are way ahead of that code that MSFT has now.

P.S. Craig said that RNWK is at the top of his shorting list of the internet stocks. Here's my take...if the markets begin to turn down, which is looking more likely, the smart short money should be on YHOO, AMZN and especially AOL. Who the hell can come CLOSE to justifying a 500+ P.E. ratio!?! Their strong growth will begin to plateau and more competitors are coming in that will take customers away who just want more reliable connections without all that "special" junk.

<< Craig, The point and figure count on RNWK is now at 75. >>

What is the timeframe for 75? You realize that would be a market cap of over $2 billion. That's around $7 million per employee in the company. That's around 75 times sales.
