Westell will not get initial GTE ilec and there are good reasons why
ORCTF will win this contract. GTE is not the gorilla and the king of internet high speed deployment. They plan to anounce another hollow deployment attempt by the same old TElcos.

Neal,

There is no equipment contract from GTE for AOL. The local RBOCs place whatever vendor they had already had in place for ADSL deployment into the consumers home and their central office.
