Chris,
I've heard it said it will be Enoch and Elijah. It makes sense because they are the only two humans who didn't die but God took directly to heaven. Bob

Chris, I think that most assume it will be Enoch and Elijah because they were the only two that did not experience death and was translated up to Heaven. But remember on the mount of transfiguration Moses appeared with Elijah as a witness? Another thought is that we will have many raptured and it could be a possibility that it would be a Billy Graham or a another of his stature in Christ.
One thing for certain is God will give them miraculous powers and they will witness for 1,260 days along with the 144,000 who I believe will save many during the tribulation. The rapture will have already drawn all of the Christians and the Holy Spirit out of the world but these witnesses will possess elements of grace necessary to offer Salvation to those in the tribulation. The Grace of God will continue on the earth until time ceases.
