having your home broken into is a horrible feeling.... its the violation and the idea that it happened so easily However, check your criminal code....duty to retreat ...etc etc etc you have to thing long and hard about what you would do if it happened again.... you know the only thing alarms do is keep out the bungler burgler.... experts can crack even the most intricate system - not a comforting thought This is a crazy world where even the kids go around shooting and killing and your kids arent even safe in school....or McDonalds

JC,get the shepard and beware of dog signs.Criminals are more afraid of dogs than any gun or useless,expensive alarm.The dog makes for great company for you and your family.

~~Off Topic~~ Know the feelings you are having about the robbbery ! We have lived here 20 yrs and have been robbed 3 times... Every time favorite items ...Guns, VCR's, TV's...but last time they grabbed 3 of my jewelery boxes 15K loss ! Sure pays to have good insurance ! LOL on the finger-prints; sheriff took lots of finger-prints and haven't heard a word since and last robbery was 2 yrs. ago. Good Luck ! Carolann
