Re -- AMD will lose money in the Second quarter as well as the first.

As long as they indicate that their yields are improving and they have their yield problem fixed on the .35u, they should do fine.

Besides AMD can easily produce 3-4 millions in Q3 and with a faster ramp should be at a run rate of 5 million/Q. AMD's strategy is to flood the market with K6-3D.

Their K7 is ahead of schedule, and they have the K6-3D+ ready to go in Q4.

Its all about the future.
