I have revised a lot of my thinking in the last few minutes after reading the opinions of others. Koo's actions are outrageous.

Let's not forget that the company has the right to call the warrants if they can meet conditions. If they do, the amount lost in buying these shares is trivial. Think they won't call if they get the chance?

They've taken the market for a ride, they've got the money and the rights to either get more or redeem the shares. Either way...
