You understood correctly.

I believe the individual I referred to left in 1995. He was a sizeable holder. Subsequent to his becoming an expatriate, he was no longer listed in the proxy as a 5% holder. No 13D was ever filed. He has never been listed in the proxy again.
If you elect to become an expatriate, are you still subject to the same S.E.C. laws with respect to reporting? Naturally, I inquired with the company. They were of little help.
Lang is in fact a second individual. It has been rumored that he founded the "Make a Wish" foundation. His shares were owned both in personal accounts and two corporate accounts.
