Paul, Re -- Why would analysts issue upgrades off of this Gartner confab? Because they may sense that "all is well", from House's demeanor? A lot of what House says will be the "vision" of Bay, thus they may come out with "long term" attractive stuff. But mainly because, its an opportunity for them to create volatility in the stock and generate commissions. Re -- they would not be buying all they need at one time-- they would be spacing their purchases out over time. That is typical, IT upgrades are almost always staggered. A particular Dept(s) would be upgraded first, followed by others in sequential order. Stockman
