Brad, great story, if it were actually true. Are you going to yell "April Fool!" now, a day late? <<<<Ira has a certain "fire in his belly" that few business people have. I met another fellow years ago (1981 or so) that Ira reminds me of an awful lot. He was just a hotel manager at the time. The hotel manager ran a place called the Disneyland Hotel at the time. His name was Michael Eisner. That hotel manager is now Chairman and CEO of the Walt Disney Company.>>>> Eisner was president of Paramount Pictures in 1981. For several years before that, and several after... He never worked for a hotel in his life, or Disney before 1984, when he joined them (not as hotel manager) but CEO. Hello! Brad, You continue to be a pillar of strength for me in spite of the attempts by some posters on this thread who appear determined to bash and undermine individuals credibility. The calming effect that I savor everytime that I read one your well thought out and informative postings, is well worth waiting for in my opinion! Do not for a split second believe that the posters who carry a load of negative baggage around with them, are not envious of your solid, dependable, credible, and sharing efforts on this thread! My only advice to you is keep up the excellent energy, and in my view a positive approach to all of life's challenges ( regardless of the final outcome) will help us be bettor prepared to handle what life has to offer!
