Sorry to hear of your privacy and money theft.

But do you really mean this? Where do you live?

Do some research and get a dog bred from Schutzhund qualified sire and bitch. Do some research. You won't be disappointed. Our dog was awesome.

John, I've got a lot of experience with dogs. A shepherd is a poor choice -- overbreeding has led to all kinds of bone and joint problems. This will shock you, but your best choice for a guard dog is either a standard poodle (extremely smart animals) or a female rotweiler (the males ar too unpredictable). Another good choice is a Doberman, mainly because they look fierce! I have two dobies and they are lovers, but they scare the bejasus out of people, and they bark whenever they hear something.

Good luck,

Paul
