Regarding finding who is buying and who is selling on a
given day (i.e. Nasdaq Level II quote systems):
Subject 19047

One of the advantages, for instance, is that you can
distinguis short covering from institutional buying.
This was clear in VIAS's little debacle today, and gives
you a better idea of how close to the real bottom the
stock is.
