Today's release:A Cendant photo op? Accumulate on the way down?

Today's news was so strikingly unconventional one of two things is true?...What Aanderud did and how it was executed, alone, was gross negligence...either we are correct and something is up such as preparation of a NYSE:CD acquisition (and protection of existing insider employment, options, etc) or if totally innocent the shareholders have prima facie cause for immediate termination, at best, for certain TMSR insiders, and at worst, [alleged] prima facie SEC Rule 10b-5 securities violations or worse.

...given the Formula 1 situation has been mitigated and TMSR owns the only legal PC gaming wheel license in the world and the fact that Formula 1 is arguably bigger than NASCAR, this situation appears to be a very short-term anomaly, however, for some reason, Aanderud did not want to make that clear to the shareholders...Short your position to hedge your profits? Accumulate on the way down? Pay close attention to the ensuing spread and Bid-Ask size...we are holding and accumulating on the way down for your information only and NOT A RECOMMENDATION.
