I like them both. I missed Atmel at 14, it had a nice pop a few days ago and appears to be holding. They are currently trying to change the mix of their business toward ASICs and the like, and have had some near-term troubles because of it. You should do well with ATML, although the recovery may be a quarter or two away. I have been watching QNTM closely as well, I though for sure I would be able to pick it up under 20, but this market likes bad news and the stock rallied on QNTM's warning. The kicker of QNTM's business is the DLT tape drives. While the DLT's account for about 20% of revenues, they supply about 50% of the net profits. Their last warning said the DLT business was down, so I'd watch that carefully.
