Amy is found by clicking on the drop down list box next to Cindy on your sign in screen. You have a choice of logging onto either Amy or Cindy when you use Internet Trader. Most of the time you can log onto Amy when Cindy is busy.

I had the same trouble yesterday, as another user reported about user ID and password not recognized. Haven't tried to log onto Internet Trader today so don't if the problem still persists.

Gary:

Amy is the alternate server to Cindy. On my IT at startup when you get to the box that asks for your log in and password, there is a drop down menu box for selecting who you are going to connect to. Default is Cindy. Amy is the other server I have. Both were preset when I down loaded IT. I seem to recall that Amy was added by an update. I started with IT 1.1 or 1.2 (can't recall now, it was a long while back). IT 1.3 or 1.4 added Amy, I think. I don't know how one would add a new server name, as it appears to be part of the program. I understand that the RT IT uses Sharon, though I have not yet subscribed. When the data feed gets more reliable, I may try.

Today Cindy wasn't responding. Amy woke up, but there was a data spike on all my charts at the opening that has pretty well trashed the intra day indicators. Such is life. :-(
