This is definitely the time to BUY THIS STOCK. I picked some some shares last week in the low 30s, thinking in hindsight that this company is in the same leagues as QWST, IIXC & LVLT, without the hype and over-inflated stock prices that these companies possess. Today's upgrade unquestionably sparked investor/institutional interest. Volume was WAY above average. All technical indicators show increased upward strength in the coming weeks. I think we will see $40 very soon. Good Luck.
