Aren't all press releases from all companies "blah-blah-blah?" On the surface, I think so.

But in terms of how stocks behave after release of such information, it means action. And this can only be intepreted as something you probably don't want to hear. Because it'll help move Zulu closer to the dollar mark, a milestone that you repeatedly said Zulu would never reach again.

Today's announcement of ZuluMedia, formerly the Softbank Interactive Marketing component, is not old news. That Lair is formally CEO of Zulu-tek is not old news. That he will also serve on the board of directors of ZuluMedia is not old news. This, of course, is significant because it shows the extent to which Lair is broadening his involvement.

And one more thing: Lair knows what he's doing.
