Offthread:

Goddamn, man, you're going to make me paranoid !!! <G>

I've been working 14-hour days; haven't read a newspaper in a week; watched the first and fourth quarter of the NCAA final game in a hotel room.

Think I'll walk outside today, and see if its still there.......mcd

To the "thread,"

I have received a substantial number of communications from investors that received proxy cards from TFS and voted for management prior to their giving consideration to a "protest" vote. They have universally asked me what they can do about that situation.

This does not represent any problem for shareholders that are planning to attend the annual meeting, as you will be able to rescind your vote and change it at that time.

For investors that receive proxy materials from their broker dealers, you may contact your broker with instructions to have his/her proxy department get you new materials so you can re-vote.

It is only the *last* card that you vote that is counted in the totals.

Have a good day.
