I wonder if this is the same Rodger Ward that certified the BAT
Super Car? choicemall.com is a link to the
World Transport Authority who will license the manufacture of
324 cars for each $260,000 licensing fee. They think that
such a car can be built for $3400 US and sell for $6000 US if
it used a 1.6 liter VW engine. I wonder what it would cost with
the BAT state of the art electrical drive system.

I also just read where RUSSIA is going to be VERY protective
of its fledgling car industry. So a perfect market for BAAT technology.
