Milk and TG,

I think that CVIA having the $500K in assets is significant and you might be right that we're now better than just a "shell" company. Do you think that this might have strenghtened our position w/WOTD during the negotiations? What do you think is a fair allotment of the new company's shares? (50% WOTD, 50% CVIA shareholders, 80-20, 60-40) I realize we're going to know exactly what the terms are in a few days, but it might be interesting to guess. I don't have any experience with this type of deal previously.

Good points Milk. Further evidence that CVIA is far more than just a shell.
