g'day all - IMHO, debating whether Messr Teo made a mistake is hintsight at best. While I agree that even big investors get burnt, like them big Mutual Fund cos holding BRE-X, the set of conditions between last Summer and then are vastly different. Then, Asian Flu has not come to the surface.

More important, as Ken has suggested, there are traders, hedgers and investors, so one needs to get into Teo's mind to know what is his plan and if he is a market timer. If memory serves, Messr Soros got AMATI @ ~15. It was down to 8, bounced to the mid twenties, back down to the teens but eventually got bought out. Messr Price of the Mutual Series is famed for shareholder activism. Btw, does anyone know Teo's investment history, i.e., has he been an activist etc?

Anyway, I probably should stay out of the fray, since I think we are really beating a dead horse here <G>

If Al says 20.00 by 1/99, then it will be 20.00 by 1/99 I followed him into MLG @ .75 and a year later my $15,000 investment is worth $240,000. Followed him into Citizens Bank and made 4,000%

In the case of CRUS, sit back, forget you own it and see you in Jan/99
