December 18th ? Ouch !

I guess the accuracy of David S/I's post depends on your
definition of "shortly".

As Einstein said about Tennessee, everything's relative.

I'm a little confused about whether CSMA is dragging its
feet on this issue, or if there are substantial legal
considerations delaying form 10 filing. I thought it was
the latter, but this Elainegate affair seems to have
muddied the waters somewhat.

I'm sure that all of us will be happier when this issue
is finally resolved.

You out there Mike Millis ?

From Dec. 1997 post # 3898:

<<<<<

Here is the current information of the status of the Form 10 filing.
The Form 10 is ready and is currently in final review by the company's attorneys before
submittal. The paperwork will be filed shortly.

I believe that January will be the start of a great 1998 calendar year for Coconino. We
will start the year with research coverage by M3 along with the drilling of the first gas
well which should set the stage for expansion of development opportunities for Coconino
Oil & Gas.

I view Coconino as a fast moving company that is still in its infancy. The company is
headed by principals who are doers, not promisers. I expect great things out of this
company in 1998, and I will probably look back next year at this time and be amazed at
what this company has accomplished.

Seems like we are still waiting on the same things.
This post took me about 20 minutes. After I wrote 2 paragraphs,
I dicided it was just a rehash of what's already been said in
a dozen different ways.
