My lectures are unscripted. I usually present full day seminars beginning with "What is SCADA". Using a Power Point presentation, I walk the customer through all the forms of SCADA, capturing their interest with applications that are akin to their own.

I then show them all the problems with SCADA, leaving them wondering why they would even consider using it! Then, I show them Unitec's solutions.

Without exception, after every session I give, customers have advised our agents that they have "really learned something". Some of the orders we won after the seminars include: Jakarta Flood Control, Renaissance Energy Gas Well SCADA (Alberta), EMEC Electrical Distribution SCADA (Chile), IHRE Electrical Power Generation SCADA (Panama), Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand SCADA, Ministry of Environment SCADA (Korea), City of Curitiba SCADA (Brazil).

We are a pretty tough act to follow as I highlight those problems that Unitec has unique solutions for, i.e. UIC-IP intelligent radio protocol and virtual reality GUI. I have found that others coming in ahead of us have "Rah Rah" type presentations that promote their company image, but lack substance. Those following us are met with an informed audience that can ask how to solve the difficult problems that I have already given them the answers to.

We are preparing CDs for distribution to our agents. I may try to put some of that material on the web. If not will send you a CD. Be patient, though, our marketing team are up to their ears in quotes at the moment.

Regards,

JBS
