Morning IKE, hope your well...still in Paris???...wish I was there<g>..

Yes I agree with you, this market has disconnected with the Asia effect completely for the moment...In fact there is NOTHING that will stop this raging bull for now till who knows when????

The long side is where to be for sure, and IKe that's where I am, happily<<vbg>....I know you are too<g>...

As for what I've been saying about the Semis & semi equips makers...ASIA is a BIG factor in their earnings and future business dealings...that is not stable by any means...I have dilligently avoided this sector and really most tech stocks for now...

I would rather buy into a tech rally than try to bottom fish the group..Hey there are just too many solid stocks in great sectors to even think about the techs...Sure they will come back to the fore, but IMO, we still have 2 more Q's of trouble out there, and at some point on down the road a Good Correction...

In that correction when ever it comes, the weak sisters in the techs will lead this market down...I don't think the Drugs, Airlines, Internet, Financials etc will be on the front end of any drop...I think it will be these less than desirable stocks that are warning and NO ONE is listenting to at the moment...

IMO the only "Real" negative factor to derail this bull, is interest rates, and AG, but for now that is not an issue...so up we go, higher and higher....Happily we are in the right stocks and letting our longs run & run & run<g>...

I am holding some puts for May in the techs and will allow them to run right thru to expiration...This negative sector will be reporting soon and can't see any upside surprises....

In any case the game is on the upside for now, let's enjoy this wonderful trend<g>...

My Regards, Jerry
