Ghassan,

I was happy to see BORL had $87m cash at 31 December 1997.

The 10K was about what most people would expect. I think VSGN had a bit of cash as well so there should be heaps of cash in the new company.

They are going for a one off restructuring charge of 10-20 million which would be 25-50 cents per share. This is similar to what was announced at the time of the merger.

I think you are being unduly cautious in bracing yourself for a drop to low 8's....it is trading well at low 9's and the market must have formed an opinion as to what the March qtr result will be. I think 8 1/2 on a really bad day would be the bottom but I don't think this will happen in the next 3 weeks.

Good luck to all the BORL faithful...Go BORL

Ghassan, do you think the BORL tree is going to get it's traditional pre-earnings shake and how violent do you see it being this time? It has happened every quarter as you have correctly pointed out and it's likely to occur again this quarter. Any specific day you want to bet on a downturn?
