Gosh, Ralph. Just when I had the Cybercynic award narrowed down to two, you start...never mind. Dr. StangeLove or the other Dr. and Mr. Hyde? Sounds like a very stressed individual at 3 AM lashing back for whatever reason. I think for the sake of continuity we as individuals must decide the path we are going to take. KING, As much as I made the immaturish "barf" comments, I think you ask some really good questions and make some excellent points!! I believe MJZ challenged Mr. Murphy on the buyback and Mr. Murphy does not tollerate such "insubordination". I'll bet words were exchanged and we are now seeing more of the fallout. I think Mr. Murphy is finally keeping the "news" to himself which I prefer. I do believe Mr. Murphy owes the shareholders a detailed accounting of how the buyback is going though. Anyone who did not realize that the buyback would "artificially" buoy the price needs a few lessons in the market. I never believed that Mr. Murphy was really wasting his time trying to "prosecute" posters here as I can't imagine there is any chance he will succeed. I do not remember any slanderous remarks being made, just opinions. What I believe was happening is Mr. Murphy was firing "warning" shots to FUTURE posters like MJZ. I guess MJZ should WATCH HIS OWN FINGERS now as Mr. Murphy is going the same. I believe things will get uglier between those 2 before it gets better! Unfortunately, SI is the forum for communication for that melee. vi
