Lets see this is April 3rd and weve already had some good news but we on this thread had already figured out the NASDAQ listing issue. So since Mr. Chin told me this is the month I am certain there is more news coming soon. In the mean time I will enjoy watching as the insecure choke under the pressure of the wait. Man I still can't believe I've found this stock. Byron, Mr. D, Rocket man,Joe, Jane , JUANITA, Sam, and the rest of you who have been here for awhile ARE WE HAVING FUN YET? MARK C.

To DGIV skeptics: many of you have insisted on asking Byron and others for "proof"regarding DGIV future big news, etc. Until the event actually happens, how can HE or any one else delivers the "proof". As a matter of fact, even if Mr. Chin the CEO tells that big news are going to happen imminently (which he did, stating that April will be BIG), you would still be suspicious until the event actually happen. For example, some still are wondering about the Louis deal even after the announcement! My suggestion; Given the fact that we cannot foresee the future (we wish, at times) and have to wait for the event to happen, use history as our guide. DGIV has delivered on its promises: we were told by IR that an IBD article was coming out .IT DID! we were then told that more news were pending upon Mr. Chin's return from Indonesia- THE INDONESIA DEAL WAS INDEED ANNOUNCED! We were told they were applying to be on the Nasdaq small cap-THEY DID FORMALLY ANNOUNCE TIS INTENTION! Now we are told of BIG things in the near future (remember, April will be BIG)- so, guess what, we just have to sit and wait and if history is any indication..... BIG NEWS WILL PROBABLY HAPPEN!!!

Folks we really have something special here Please read this post: Yesterday in a classic move the MM's went short selling between 1-1.5 Million shares short. they then tanked to "cover" they never let the "chart" go below the open leaving many TA people seeing a shooting Star, (shooting star is supposedly in normal stocks, a bearish sign). However, the truth be known, they then tanked the bid and began to cover, this mornings the bid has opened up because, this means that we are going much higher and the TA people that tried to short the stock are going to get burned along with the MM's. We have VERY LARGE ORDERS to buy above the floor of $4 they created yesterday, thereby forcing them to try to cover today at higher prices Their planned tanking of the stock today, will fail and they must cover because, there are some very big hands, now reaching out for this stock. The independent auditing firm knows what we have and so do various other Investment groups, this has the mm's in between a rock and a hard place. We are not going to behave normally, we will force this stock to rise. T%he mm's and the shorters, (who came in last night to try and stir up doubt and fear) were unable to do so. Now there is a push on this am to cover back up, before we blow right past them, this happens only once in a blue moon. DGIV has stirred and Turned the eyes of Wallstreet directly upon us. We are ready to embark on the next phase. If we get another release of any magnitude either about great earnings compared to the rest of the industry or another contract, this will further solidify's DGIV's hold on the foreign IP TELEPHONY market. We will go ballistic, this aint no APRIL fools folks this is forreal. Would be naysayers are having no effect because the known variables are simply too overwhelming. That is all I want to say but, a Special not to BIG SAM and Mr. D, let's put these folks up against the wall and remind the bass fisherman to bring their lures to the DGIV pond because their are Big MM fish to be caught today. bg bg

Your post #2206 ,along with Byron's summary of a few days ago are the benchmarks.You guys don't need to repeat-just refer.Will get a little more information coming on a stockholders' meeting.Nothing set yet. The favored spot is Vegas. Remember folks,nervous hands destroy profits.However,stocks are eventually priced to reflect value. Have to go to court.Have a motions hearing and a plea set.Am online at the office so I'll be in touch.
