Yesterday's closing price was 46 3/16ths, so:

that works out to be 21.65 shares of SE.

Why not wait to compare the Broad Vision offer with that coming from Intershop. As a company we looked at both and although was able to fit exactly our needs Broad Vision was thought to a VERY VERY expensive option. Intershop however impressed us both with offering and price. Might be worth assessing before choosing. Great thread hopefully investing soon.
