Brett: Although the momentum and stochastics are currently negative,
the real danger would come from a general market sell off which is now lurking.

I hope we can reverse and push well above the 200 dma before that happens.

Brett, You must mean the 65 day MA, because the simple 200 day MA is at 42 and the exponential 200 DMA is at 35. Note that the day here is "trading" day, i.e., the 200 day MA compares today's price to the price 9 months ago (22 trading days per month).
