No, not everyone does take the Bible literally....BUT, one of us is right and one of us is wrong. By your response, you are saying that the Bible is not one of many paths, so you are contradicting yourself. To those who say that there are many paths to the same God: there are too many exclusionary claims made by the different major religions for them to be all true. And, to say otherwise is a copout and shows apathy and lack of knowledge concerning the major belief systems. Ray
