It wouldnt seem unreasonable to assume that since there are few companies FBI certification that NEC as a major supplier to government would also have to make some accomedation for another supplier. I like to think of the situation ofglobal growth in the smartcard arena at present time, with setting standards etc., with the FBI biometric certification process back in 92 and 93. Identix stood out ahead of the pack then and the proof is obvious. Now we are in the global arena with multiple applications operating systems, internet, and multinational corporations and education systems. Identix has 2 operating systems, only one that does, and who know what else is in the pipeline. The Risc 32 has now become available .... just a matter of time. The low for the year has occured . I think it extremely interesting that cisco is the major backbone for education worldwide and is involved in sylvans prometric. Identix is still best in class.
