Rand, I understand the scenario that you paint. It may or may not be accurate. But I'm willing to accept is as a possible scenario. However, you can't have it both ways. This people were sooooooo bad, and hurting the company soooooo much, that they HAD to go! But you (collective "you", not you in particular) have no problem singing their praise when it comes to lauding the company's accomplishments... In other words, who GOT all those great clients? Who produced all that good work? PEOPLE WHO DON'T WORK THERE ANY MORE!
