My understanding on SEC restrictions are the same as yours. I think you have the time frames as accurately as can be estimated at the present time. I would only disagree with your statement that if SEC approval and good trial results come about, that there will be little interest in the business plan. Lots of companies fail with good products. Sure, the speculators and starry-eyed ones may come flocking into the stock at that time, under those conditions, but there will still be a number of investors who will want to see if this company can market the golden eggs, or is more likely to kill the goose.
