Ken, relatively speaking, It was not a big fine. The point is that Dell failed to deliver on something they promissed. yes it may have been out of their hands, Software not available yet or something like that, But a company with DELL's experience should know better than to say it will be there when it might not. Plus, this may be a warning that DELL is not upto date on the rules of the mail order business. And that is what dell is, a mail order catalogue. Jim PS. How do you like my new Handle ;)
