So, for a quick summary: Every deal in 1997 fell through, for which the company wrote off $340,000. The 10,000,000 shares were not paid
though. So now we have a company with no deals, a new board, and a new name? We'll see what happens now.

Just like I said months ago, scam after scam and they just continue on with not even a slap on the wrist.
