Byron I asked these questions: I have lots of questions for liberty or anyone else who did their dd (you all say you have): 1)Who is Primedia ArmoEkadata Internet what kind of revenues do they have - what was the profit they showed last year. 2) Who is Louis International what kind of revenues do they have - what was the the profit last year. What is their track record. What cut of the $1 mil in traffic will appear as revenues on DGIV's earnings report (i.e what is DGIV's cut)? 3) Who is JD International - what do they bring to the table - anyone visited their office in Laguna Hills? What is their track record. 4) Citra Swara Adidya of Jakarta - ditto. 5)Why is the company buying back stock if it needs cash from the Dharma Group Corp. (does anyone have any idea who they really are?) If they are making an investment in the company I would assume it is dilutive. How many shares are really outstanding? 6) Why are all of the details on ALL OF THE ABOVE above so murkey. 7) Byron talks about DGIV's infrastructure - what is that pray tell? 8) Why have none of DGIV's products made it to any of the multitude of trade magazines. NSPK, INTL, VOCF, ETEL have all been tested and scruitinized by professionals. DGIV says theirs have also - but only where it is unverifiable. 9) What is the real float on this one? 10) What is the cash in hand? 11) I haven't heard of one sale yet. 12) Even if this is a not a "hype job" where will any real revenues come from in the next 12 months? A money-losing ISP, a small percentage from of Louis Internationals promised $1 million in traffic per year? 13) Take a look at the EUTO thread for another example they took it to 33 cents from 3 cents (10 bagger- then the hypers left). They eventually found out they really had a float of 50 million. Guess who was left holding the bag! Where it is trading now? That is free and clear #2, Dharma/Dhamala Group, is well known and had your looking on the htread you would find the answers to all your questions even as to the whereabouts of Primed Ekadata Internet, All that research has been done, Tell me, which ISP in the US do you know that has +ve earnings ELNK=NO MSPG=NO and they are in the 60's more important you don't even know why we bought the internet group do you?, It was for the licenses that motorola, GSTRF and three other Biggies wanted but could not obtain to run operations in INDONESIA.
