Well once again S Martin has passed along a flat out lie and slander about the TA and RMIL with his post listed below.

A 5 minutes call to the TA reveals that the float has not been expanded to 17,255,000 shares, but it's still at 14,755,831 shares.
No wonder the nays want my email list of shareholders and are still here offering there advise on securities law attorneys and talking of law suits against RMIL. They know we have or are very close to the magic number and want to save their short friends and MM buddies.

I certainly would not take the word of Morgan or Breton, the transfer agent says there are 17,255,000 outstanding shares... but the transfer agent will not give information about the float. That is what you need to know.... how big is the actual float and how many certs have been delivered. It seems Riley is the keeper of the list and he protects that information but it may be time for other parties to request the list and then start the process of verifying it by contacting those reported to be holding certs. If Riley's list includes the shares of the Reg S lenders from the 1996 offering and also includes shares owned by Breton and Morgan... you may have a sticky wicket, because you cannot be sure they are in fact being honest. It's good to see that some shareholders are beginning to look at their options. JMHO

I ask about this money yesterday. Is the $10 million that RMIL is now waiting for an additional $10 million?? Is it all the same $10 million?
Did the $10 million placement not happen last October? If it didn't happen last October why was Mr Morgan surprised about Riley's knowledge?

Am I the only one confused?
