Wayne, Thank you for again keeping us posted, and this goes right ni line withh last post " 10 bussiness days to go ", which would leave the news release to beginning of next week. This allso, as you said goes with last news releases coming out bebinning to mid. week All in my opinion of course. Hello! Reason 3227, With all due respect, I have been trying to post the impression that Jack has been communicating during the several times that I have communicated with him over the past months, and now more specifically during the last few days! Rather than rehashing my thoughts opinions again, if you just go back to postings submitted by several contributors on this thread and myself over the past week or so, should at least open the door to give you a perspective on how developments may be progressing! In a nutshell, and from the opinion that I get talking from Jack, it appears that everything has been agreed to and completed from Jack or CVIA's side! It appears that Jack is now waiting to hear confirmation or otherwise from the other side/group of negotiators! To the best of my ability as a CVIA Shareholder I have tried to keep in touch with Jack on a regular and consistent basis! Personally I thought that was evident in my multitude of postings on this thread! I thought most of you would be getting very tired of seeing my name and postings coming across the CVIA Thread by now? In my opinion, our news release track record has appeared to me to be directed at the start of the week ( monday or tuesday's) at least from previous experiences!)........And Yes! It could very well be different for the next press release ( if, as, and when there is one?) if individuals other than Jack Arnold are involved in the wording and timing of the release! TIME WILL TELL!!! I am starting to get a much bettor respect and appreciation for Jack, in his responding to CVIA Shareholders inquiries on a daily basis! As I mentioned in an earlier posting it's my sense from talking with Jack that he is as anxious as any of us ( in fact possibly more anxious!) in having the deal completed! ( Just my own opinion!) Do I think that the deal will be announced next week? I really wish I knew the answer to that question! But! Since it's my feeling/impression that at this stage even Jack doesn't know the exact answer to that question, therefore it would be of course rather silly of me to say otherwise! The only thing that I know for sure ( almost anyway!) is that I am out of quarters! So! Jack! If your reading! Are we there yet? Looking forward to next week! What ever it brings !
