President Clinton is under such a mean spirited attack, that he has to make sure that he crosses all the t's and dots all the i's! One slip-up, during a casual statement, and all hell can break loose. But, some of his opponents, that want him convicted via apparently spurious accusations, without him getting the benefits of our legal system, can make the most incredible and unbelievable lies, and smile while they are doing it!
