If someone is waiting to buy until things ramp up, you are right, they will not buy now. We bought because other companies in this area who have pre-announced have not suffered much of a decline, and in some cases have moved higher. At this level, the hot money is already out. It is mostly long-term value players trying to look into the next up cycle. That combined with the high liquidity in the market in general and low valuations of the semi-cap sector is causing some buying even this early stage. We also like the fact it is an isolated incidence and not overall slowing of the business (beyond the already slow pace).
