They did not mention a cancellation penalty.

They did say that since the 8060 was a derivative of the 8020 made almost specifically for Intel they did have protection clauses in the contract.

At the current time, 155 units have been cancelled. However, Intel has responsibility for all parts and partially completed units. It remains to be seen if Intel will want KLIC to keep producing until they exhaust their part supply, or just box them up and ship to Intel. So, some of the cancelled units will be probably be shipped. Although this will be a small number relative to the total cancellation.
