Mike, have you ever taking into account being in cash?? All my IRA account is in cash now. I am closing my trade account moving to cash today.

Cash yields around 5% risk free why then go into equities?? As you follow the DOW 9000 + 5% is DOW 9450 so? - what's wrong with cash??

Timing the market, well that's nice in the "rear mirror" or "I told you so scenario " <ggg> but in the real world it is almost impossible.

Those are my 2 cents

Sounds like you are where I was 10 years ago... had I taken Haim's advice then instead of trying to outguess the market, I would be hundreds of thousands of dollars richer.

Cash is not bad here.
